If you’re using 10X STIM for the first time, start by taking 1 scoop with approximately 200ml of ice-cold water (350ml of water for 2 scoops). Vary the amount of water to suit your personal taste.

Start slowly with 10X STIM to test your tolerance, as 1 full serving contains 400 mg of caffeine and this is enough to blow your socks off even if you’re a serious
‘stim junkie’. Take 10X STIM 15-30 mins before your workout. Do not take 5 hours before sleep. Not intended for use by persons under age 16. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
