I’m a former team GB sprinter and 14 times national finalist. The highlight of my running career was to be a 3x Junior European medallist and a European under 23 record holder. Since retiring I work as a performance coach and fitness trainer. My clients range between up-and-coming athletes, elite athletes, including top 5 ranked heavy weight boxers, NBA stars, rugby and Premier League football players to movie, tv and music stars. Some recent celebrity transformations include Kano, Wretch32, DJ Manny Norte (Capital Xtra), Georgia Harrison (Love Island) and Yianni (Yanimize).

When I’m not coaching I’m a father to 3 beautiful children who are all active in sport. I am based out of 10X HQ at Lee Valley Athletic Centre, come say hello.

I’m a current mens physique IFBB pro competing all over the world. I am the only athlete in the world to receive a kidney transplant and then become professional in the sport.
